At ArkadiusGift, we take pride in working on projects that hold significant meaning for the recipients. One such recent project was with the Manipal Alumni Association Malaysia. This order was placed by Doctor John, an esteemed alumnus who wanted to create a special momento for senior doctors who had graduated from Manipal University and have contributed years of service in the medical field. These alumni have dedicated their lives to serving patients and communities, making this project all the more meaningful.

Project Overview: Honoring Decades of Medical Service

The primary objective of this project was to create customized gift boxes that would reflect the prestige of the Manipal Alumni, their connection to the university, and the spirit of “Live to Serve,” the association’s motto. Doctor John had a clear vision: a premium and practical gift set that would remind the alumni of their years at Manipal while also being useful in their everyday professional lives.

Additionally, the gift set was meant to be distributed during a reunion event for the alumni, where old classmates and colleagues could reconnect and celebrate their shared journey.

What Was in the Box?

We worked closely with Doctor John to curate a selection of items that met his expectations. Each box included:

• A customized notebook embossed with the Manipal Alumni Association Malaysia logo, perfect for the doctors to use for notes during their daily rounds or in meetings.
• A matching pen, featuring the same logo and in a striking red color, symbolizing energy, passion, and the commitment that these alumni have brought to their field.
• A canvas tote bag, featuring the alumni logo, designed for practical, everyday use, whether at work or leisure.
• A cable organizer box, perfect for doctors to neatly store their essential tech gadgets and chargers.

Each item was thoughtfully chosen to provide both sentiment and utility to the doctors who would receive them.

The Packaging: Attention to Detail

To ensure the presentation matched the quality of the gifts, we used white gift boxes, decorated with a custom sticker design featuring the alumni’s logo. The box was further embellished with a ribbon to give it an elegant and professional touch. The packaging not only served to protect the items but also made the unboxing experience memorable and special.

The Wish Card: A Personal Touch

To add a heartfelt personal touch to the gift boxes, the Manipal Alumni Association Malaysia committee members included a beautifully designed wish card in each box. The card expressed gratitude for the alumni’s unwavering support and their contributions to the medical field over the years. It also reinforced the bond shared among the alumni and encouraged them to continue their valuable work.
